From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the incredibly friendly hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel truly sets it apart - from the beautifully appointed room with modern amenities to the immaculate cleanliness that impressed us.One of the highlights for us was the personalized care we received, as my partner has food intolerances, and the hotel offered special products that could be ordered in advance, catering to his dietary needs. This level of thoughtfulness and consideration made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel's convenient location in Joinville added to the overall appeal of our experience. We were able to easily explore the city and its surroundings, knowing that we had a comfortable retreat to return to at the end of each day. The presence of an outdoor pool was a delightful bonus, allowing us to relax and unwind in a serene setting. To the excellent facilities, we were impressed by the multilingual capabilities of the hosts, who spoke French and English in addition to Portuguese.
